Toll Brothers:
"...It goes without saying that your team offers a level of expertise, dedication to design a great product, and the willingness to assist design team members in reaching our goal that not many do. I have worked with many other firms and you guys are at the top of that list for firms that will be an asset to the team. These are just a few of the reasons that I continue to reach out to your office with many of our new sites." Ricardo Maciel/Assistant Vice President

The New Home Company:
"I have had the pleasure of working with Ghassan and his team for several years with different builders. AME Design Group has provided us with MEP engineering and construction services for several projects here at The New Home Company.
He and his team are knowledgeable and stay current with new products and building trends. They always design and deliver an efficient and cost effective solution to our building needs. Our partnership with AME Design group has been instrumental in our company’s success over the past couple of years.
I am confident in recommending AME Design Group. He is not only professional and thorough, but also easy to work with, and always willing to take the time to discuss my concerns and respond to questions that may arise."

Mercy Housing:
"Mercy Housing California has recently retained AME Design Group as the MEP engineers on our New Dana Strand Phase IV-A (NDSIV-A) development in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles. NDSIV-A is the new construction of an 88 unit service-enriched affordable housing development with a mix of one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom units. I really value and appreciate AME’s "hands on" approach. It’s been my experience at times to see consultants send their junior staff to design meetings – with AME, you get Ghassan directly. This not only allows for quicker solutions when issues arise but lets you witness AME’s experience and industry knowledge.
Prior to joining Mercy Housing, I worked on two other projects a couple years ago in which AME was the MEP firm. One was a 53 unit new construction project and the other a 42 unit scattered site project with a 20 unit new construction building, a 16 unit rehab, and a 6 unit rehab. The electrical work required on the 2 rehabs was supposed to be very minimal so it was done design-build under the general contractor and AME was only hired on the new construction. The GC’s electrical sub ran into a major issue on the 16 unit rehab and did not calculate the loads correctly so the transformer had been sized too small and we weren’t passing inspections. There was a lot of drama with the sub and the GC and we were already behind schedule and we were stuck in a very unsettling situation. We brought in AME to review what had been done and give us a recommendation on how to fix the situation. AME stepped in with new plans, met with LADWP and helped shorten the time it usually takes to get their approval. AME’s professionalism and depth of knowledge and experience helped turn the situation around and cut the time delay we would have continued to incur.
AME takes pride in their work and produce quality designs. I do not hesitate in recommending them on your next job."
